We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Amer fort and we could easily walk to the fort. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Nothing bad to say.

It all depends what you want to do in jaipur. If you want to stay outside the city in a peaceful environment amidst the mountains and Amber Fort, then this is a nice place to stay. If you want to see around Jaipur , then let me tell you this is atleast 20 kms away from the other city attractions, and it will be a ripper if you are using cabs. However, the hotel staff is friendly. And also for the cost of the hotel, I believe there should be better options available.

Service and accommodation is satisfactory.
It would be better if there is some big umbrella on roof top.

The location of the hotel as it is very close to the Amer Palace and fort. In fact our room had a window with a view of the fort.
We booked for a Suite but instead were put in a large room (that almost looked like a quickly cleaned up storage room). The bed was almost falling to pieces and the pictures on the internet were nowhere close to room we were given. On asking if any other rooms were available we were told 'no'. So had to spend a miserable night in a cold room paying the price of a suite. After a discussion with the manager the next morning, we were shifted to a suite, the one as shown in the pictures on internet. The motto of the story is check-in early to get the good rooms or else you pay a heavy price to sleep in a store-room (in our case with children). Pathetic!!!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the fort. The location was perfect, right next to the fort, in a lovely place. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a nice view. The bathroom facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The staff provided round the clock service and were very helpful and polite. The complimentary breakfast was surprising and satisfactory, and the administrators spoke wonderful English.
The food in the restaurant was so-so, not great.

1. Very helpful, welcoming, courteous & co-operative staff. 2. Located outskirts of the city limits with a grandeur view of Amber fort from the terrace. 3. Guided in our planning & arrangement of tourist vehicle for sight seeing. 4. Relaxing and cosy atmosphere. 5. Our request for stay extension was entertained + arranged at a very short notice and during the peak season of New Year
Did not take cravings for the food, could have been better.

I found the staff very friendly and eager to help. I wasn't prepared for how far it is from the airport and Jaipur Center. It is easy to get to on a rickshaw however and we saw all the amazing sites enroute everyday. So the quiet area away from the busy of central Jaipur worked well. It is a matter of what someone wants. After the intensity of the marketplace, it was actually very nice to come to a quiet area and see the sites enroute.

The hotel has stunning interiors and very well-maintained clean rooms. the staff is really cooperative, they helped to park my car and also provided me with delicious food, especially the breakfast. the key location is one of the best aspects, as it is near to so many attractions and the transport to commute is also easily available. I appreciated the view from the balcony and the designs on the ceiling.
One of the rooms I stayed in was really scary as it was dirty and poorly maintained, and the bed and bathroom were unpleasant. the quality of the food in the restaurant was not great.
